Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha adjust to taste
Rice
  • 2 cups cooked rice white or brown
Vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Assemble the Bowl
  1. In serving bowls, layer cooked rice, cooked shrimp, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, and green onions. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.
