Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Breading
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg beaten
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha adjust to taste
Rice and Vegetables
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup green onions, sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Shrimp
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, panko breadcrumbs, and a pinch of salt. Dip each shrimp in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Once hot, add the coated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until well combined. Adjust the heat to your preference.
Assemble the Bowl
  1. In serving bowls, layer cooked jasmine rice, followed by the cooked shrimp, diced cucumber, shredded carrots, and sliced green onions.
  2. Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top and serve immediately.
