Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk can substitute with almond or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped divided
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and milk. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract; mix thoroughly.
  3. Fold in half of the chopped strawberries.
  4. Spoon the mixture into jars or bowls and layer the remaining strawberries on top.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  6. In the morning, stir before serving and enjoy chilled or warmed.
