Ingredients
  

Corn Ribs
  • 4 ears corn Husked and cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For brushing
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. Husk the corn and remove all silk. Cut each ear of corn in half lengthwise, then cut each half into quarters to create 'ribs'.
Season the Corn
  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture onto the corn ribs.
Grill the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the corn ribs on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are charred and tender.
Serve
  1. Remove the corn ribs from the grill, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve warm.
