Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Sauce
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
Garnish
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  2. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot and stir to combine with the sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken over rice or noodles, topped with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped parsley.
