  • 1 medium red onion sliced thinly
Dressing
  • 1 cup white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional for richness

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Slice the cucumbers and red onion thinly and place them in a mixing bowl.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, and olive oil until well combined.
Combine and Marinate
