Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs boiled and peeled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons green onions or chives chopped for decoration
  • 4 slices olives for eyes

Method
 

  1. Boil the eggs for 12 minutes, then cool and peel them.
