  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning (about 1 oz, or 2 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 1.5 cups dill pickles, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • hot sauce optional, to taste
Topping
  • 0.5 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, lemon juice, and dill pickle juice.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in chopped dill pickles, crushed garlic, minced chives, and minced dill.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce if desired.
Topping
  1. In a separate pan, melt butter and mix in Panko bread crumbs until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve the dip chilled, topped with the toasted Panko bread crumbs.
