Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Garnish
  • 1 lemon Lemon sliced for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the Chicken
  1. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  2. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serve
  1. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley before serving.
