Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup Almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup or honey for non-vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Toppings (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh berries such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons Nut butter such as almond or peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped nuts such as almonds or walnuts

Method
 

Prepare the Pudding
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a jar or container with a lid.
  4. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
Serve
  1. After the pudding has set, give it a good stir.
  2. Top with fresh berries, nut butter, and chopped nuts as desired.
