Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup ripe mango, diced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 medium lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and add salt and black pepper.
  3. Toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
  4. Let the salsa sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meats.
