Ingredients
  

Pasta and Cheese Filling
  • 12 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 15 ounces Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, fresh spinach, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  4. Stuff each cooked shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the stuffed shells in the baking dish and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until bubbly.
