Vegetables
  • 1 pound bok choy washed and chopped
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil for flavor
Optional Garnish
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add sesame oil.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and stir to coat the bok choy evenly.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
