Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb crab legs preferably snow or king crab
  • 1 lb mussels cleaned
Vegetables
  • 4 medium red potatoes halved
  • 2 ears corn cut into thirds
  • 1 medium onion quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic smashed
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon fresh lemon cut into wedges for serving

Method
 

Prepare the ingredients
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Add the corn, onion, and garlic, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Cook the seafood
  1. Add the shrimp, crab legs, and mussels to the pot. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels have opened.
  2. Remove the pot from heat and drain the contents using a colander.
Serve
  1. Transfer the seafood and vegetables to a serving platter. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
