Ingredients
  

Ribs
  • 2 lbs pork ribs baby back or spare ribs
Dry Rub
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper optional for heat
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand

Method
 

Prepare the Ribs
  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.
  2. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the dry rub mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
Preheat the Pellet Grill
  1. Preheat your pellet grill to 225°F (107°C).
Cook the Ribs
  1. Place the ribs on the grill grates bone side down.
  2. Cook for 3 hours, maintaining the temperature.
  3. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and cook for an additional 2 hours.
  4. Unwrap the ribs and brush with BBQ sauce, then cook for another 30 minutes.
Serve
  1. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  2. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.

Notes
