Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 pound Chicken breast sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce for marinating
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Snow peas
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar to balance flavors
Herbs
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves fresh
Others
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil for frying
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the chicken strips in soy sauce for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare all vegetables by slicing them into thin strips.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar, mixing well to combine.
  6. Finally, add Thai basil leaves and stir until wilted.
  7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
