  • 1 cups heavy cream for ganache

Method
 

Baking the Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two round cake pans.

  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, melted butter, and milk until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Divide batter between pans and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.
Making the Ganache
  1. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until steaming; pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
Assembling the Cake
  1. Layer cakes with ganache in between and pour remaining ganache on top.
