Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups fresh fruit puree (e.g., strawberries, mangoes, or apples) Choose your favorite fruits.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust based on sweetness of fruit.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice To enhance flavor and preserve color.

Method
 

Prepare the Fruit Puree
  1. Blend the fresh fruit, honey (if using), and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
Spread and Dry
  1. Preheat the oven to 170°F (75°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pour the fruit puree onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly to about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the oven and let it dry for 6-8 hours, or until the fruit leather is no longer sticky.
Cut and Store
  1. Once dried, remove from the oven and let cool. Cut into strips and roll them up.
  2. Store in an airtight container or wrap in parchment paper for easy snacking.
